Self Care Saturdays are virtual Zoom sessions held two Saturdays per month. On alternating Saturdays, Star Weitman hosts Earth Energy Medicine Circles and Shelley Stump hosts Deepening Journey Circles. The 2023 schedule for Self Care Saturdays is presented below.
